At Tiny Tale Tots, we take pride in creating magical, personalized storybooks for your children. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Digital Products

Due to the personalized nature of our digital storybooks, we generally do not offer refunds for digital-only purchases once the book has been generated. However, we will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis if:

  • There is a significant technical issue that prevents you from accessing your book
  • The generated content is substantially different from what was described
  • You contact us within 24 hours of purchase before opening the book

Printed Books

For printed book orders:

  • Before Printing: If you contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and before printing has begun, we can cancel your order for a full refund.
  • After Printing: Once printing has begun, we cannot cancel the order. However, if you receive a damaged or defective book, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund.
  • Shipping Issues: If your book is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or provide a refund at your choice.

Quality Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the quality of the character likeness or illustrations, please contact us. We offer up to 2 free regenerations of your character before the book is printed. After printing, we'll work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

How to Request a Refund

  • Any relevant screenshots or photos (for quality issues)

Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
