• Only upload photos of children for whom you are the legal guardian
• Not upload inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions

By uploading photos to our Service:

• You confirm you have the legal right to use and share these photos
• You grant us a limited license to process these photos solely for creating your personalized storybook
• You retain all ownership rights to your original photos

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded photos), is owned by Tiny Tale Tots and protected by intellectual property laws. Your personalized storybook is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Payment and Refunds

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. Please review our Refund Policy for information about cancellations and refunds.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet all expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Tale Tots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Account Termination
